Tom Gregory Wins For On-Camera Talent For Second Consecutive Year

GO Coast: Louisiana’s Tom Gregory was honored with an Emmy Award at the 37th Annual Suncoast Emmy Awards held Saturday November 23rd in Hollywood, Florida.
The host of the travel series won the award in the On-Camera Talent category for Performer/Narrator for the second year in a row.
It is Gregory’s third Emmy win. He has been nominated twelve times in his television career.
GO Coast: Louisiana received four nominations from the regional chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in the category of Magazine Program, Editing and Education/Schools Feature. In addition to Gregory, who also produces and writes the show, Eric Carle, Director of Photography and Editor and Carolina Loreto, Chief Editor and Associate Producer were nominated.
In little over a year, GO Coast: Louisiana, produced by WLAE-TV/LAE Productions, has won two Emmy Awards and has been honored with two Excellence In Journalism Awards from the Press Club of New Orleans, the most of any non-news series in Louisiana.
It is the goal of GO Coast: Louisiana to do for the culture of Louisiana what chefs like Justin Wilson, Emeril Lagasse and John Besh have done for its cuisine. GO Coast: Louisiana airs in New Orleans on WLAE-TV and on Louisiana Public Broadcasting (LPB) in Baton Rouge (WLPB), Alexandria (KLPA), Lafayette (KLPB), Lake Charles (KLTL), Shreveport (KLTS) and in Monroe (KLTM).
